After graduating from Sciences Po Bordeaux, I worked from 2016 to 2021 as a project manager and fundraiser for non-profits. I met great people, was proud to raise funds for impacting projects and reinforced soft skills that will be useful my whole life.
But it was not what I wanted to do until I retire... I wanted a job where I could learn continuously, where I would build things like a craftswoman and still have a positive impact. Talking to developers and watching tech projects thriving in the non-profit area made me curious about coding.
Then came covid and, like for a lot of people, it was a time of big reflection and change. I started learning on Codecademy during the first lockdown and I fell in love with coding. My coding time was always a real relief after stressful work days. I loved using logic and understanding things while completing projects. A whole new universe had opened before my eyes and I wanted to explore it.

Fast-forward to October 2021 : I started studying at Ada Tech School, a software development school with a pedagogy inspired by the Montessori method (learning by doing !) and strong feminist values.
